Wanda Hoffman

Wanda Sue Hoffman, born on February 21, 1950 in Northwood, Iowa to Richard and Ruth (Loland) Winkelman, passed peacefully in her home on Nov 23, 2023 surrounded by family and friends. Wanda graduated from Northwood-Kensett High School in 1969. She was united in marriage to Raymond Hoffman on September 19, 1972. This union was blessed with two children: Jennifer (Hoffman) Willand and Luke Hoffman. Her hobbies included quilting, singing in the choir, fishing, ceramics, and painting. She enjoyed her time working as a dietician at the Northwood Senior Center and the Lutheran Retirement Home until she retired in 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ruth Winkelman, her mother and father-in-law, Marilyn and Archie Hoffman, and her brother-in-law, Richard Hoffman. She is survived by her: husband, Ray Hoffman; brother, Mike Winkelman; sister, Bonnie Olson; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Helen Rempel; daughter, Jennifer (Dan) Willand; son, Luke Hoffman; grandchildren, Ian and Alex Willand, and many nieces and nephews.
